Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Cloud plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. Usage above your plan’s included limits may incur overage charges as described on the pricing page. Self-hosted licenses, when available, are sold under separate license terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer the platform, resell access without authorization, or use the Services for unlawful content or activity.

You retain ownership of the data you and your players submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights and disclosures needed for the player data you collect. See our Privacy Policy.

Ondara is offered on an early-access basis. Features may change, and we do not guarantee a specific service level or uninterrupted availability unless agreed in a separate written contract.

The Ondara platform, software, and brand are proprietary to Akadoshin Games. Ondara is not open-source software. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms (and, where applicable, a separate license agreement).

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ondara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You can export your data before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Akadoshin Games is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
